Intro to Pointe Enrollment Series *Teacher’s approval required* Tuesdays, -pm - 8 weeks Session 1: 1/23, 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, 3/13 Session 2: 3/27, 4/03, 4/10, 4/17, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15 This eight-class series, focused on basic beginning pointe work, will guide the students through pre-pointe preparation, finding a proper pointe shoe, sewing, and beginning pointe exercises.

For the safety of the students, it is mandatory that they take two ballet technique classes a week, including the ballet class immediately preceding pointe.Be Moved® is a new dance fitness experience designed by Sherry Zunker.Classes begin with easy‐to‐follow therapeutic movements that integrate the upper and lower body.Some prefer to wear a leotard and dance tights, dance shorts or a dance skirt, however this is not required.
